Since 1963, the target audience of LevnedsmiddelBladet has also engaged within the food business, but this magazine aim towards management in the food industry bearing content not as technical as Plus process. LevnedsmiddelBladet holds overall focus on the food business and describes food market economy, economic analysis, marketing, management, marketing of food products, image and innovation. The typical reader is business managers, executives, marketing managers, etc. Once a year LevnedsmiddelBladet publishes the issue “Top 100”, in which we do an extensive economic analysis on performance of the 100 largest food companies in the passed year.
